Free training course for people managers

We regularly run a practical “greatest hits” training course for busy managers, to improve your skills and confidence in a wide range of areas.

As part of our 5th anniversary celebrations, we’re offering a FREE place on a training course on 28th September for companies we work with. That’s it – no strings attached.

The course is designed to improve your understanding of all kinds of people issues so that you make the right decisions for your business, find and develop the right people and deal with any tricky situations that come along quickly and confidently.

It’s a fairly intensive course covering a wide range of areas including:

• Employment law
• Recruitment and interviewing
• Developing people
• Managing people problems, disciplinaries and grievances
• Changing your company: restructuring and redundancy.

Whether you’re new at managing people or an experienced manager looking to gain new skills or refresh your experience, this is a great course for you – or anyone else you want to book a place for.

The training will be at Platf9rm on Thursday 28^th September, 9am-12pm. Platf9rm (said as Platform 9) is at Floor 6, Tower Point, 44 North Road, Brighton BN1 1YR.
