Training course for managers – feedback

Quick HR’s Brian Warren ran a training course for Wired Sussex members on managing people and employment law. The course is a “greatest hits” package providing a firm foundation for busy people, to develop their skills and confidence. It covers recruitment and interviewing, employment law, developing employees, restructuring companies including redundancies and dealing with all kinds of people issues including sickness absence, disciplinaries and grievances. Here’s some feedback:

Brian ran an HR course for companies that I attended which provided a comprehensive overview of many HR issues. His style is helpful, inclusive and engaging, including several exercises that force you to think about handling ‘what would happen if…’ situations. I would recommend people interested in HR to try Quick HR for prompt, accurate and helpful guidance.
